Depression

I have suffered from severe depression since I was about 12. I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, Panic, and way more! People who are going through Depression and things like that are not looking for pity. But simply friends who are willing to listen to them and stop them as they down themselves and more. I am there for anyone who has depression and always will be regardless of my own depression. But I have always wanted someone to be there for me and help me through the hard times.

stay strong san, i hope you see more better days i went through a rough patch of depression for 2 yrs after i graduated hs. didnt feel like doing anything and just slept all day because i couldnt stand being alive. lost a whole bunch weight to the point i couldnt stand without feeling like fainting. and would just constantly think about ending it but i never did because even tho i hated myself and my life at the time i still cared for my family and didnt want to hurt them. so i know how important having loved ones can be when you're going through rough times. a lot of ppl will tell you to get better for yourself but i think sometimes you have to use your love for others to motivate yourself when your love for yourself is at a weak point in life i like to think of my depression as a journey towards better understanding myself and life. because i constantly question myself n life when i'm depressed. and after my depression period i had a better understanding of myself and how to handle my emotions i honestly wish you the best on your own journey and i hope you gain something positive out of it like i did

It's ironic that people with depression tends to help other people with depression while having nobody to help them back.
