Honestly i would donate it, that number of cash would cause some people to be corrupted.

First use it to get my life together then donate the rest. A billion's quite a bit and i doubt anyone would miss the money i'd use to put me through college and put my parents in a nice house down in Florida~

I'd buy what I wanted and needed, and put the rest into environment conservation, space exploration and anti-corruption movements.
