Save 3/4th of it. Rest on Anime and Manga and shelves to hold them all :D Might spend some of it for college so I can follow my dream career and re-earn it all back and then some :)

A billion is a thousand million folks. You can spend a million dollars a month and not come close to spending it all. You could give the rest to your kid and have them spend a million a month, there will still be plenty of money left off if they live to be 100. That is "fuck it" money

I would have the most badass mansion and become partners with chicago fire mls team. invest a lot of money into youth soccer and create a super elite club that will nurture and grow the best players in the world. Eventually taking usa to the world cup finals.

I'd buy a mansion. Pay someone to download my anime for me. And play them in my own personal theater. I'd hire a French cook, a Chinese gardener, and a Mexican butler, all of whom barely speak English... And I'd laugh my butt off every day listening to them try to talk to and understand each other.... And, I'd probably have to hire myself a person assistant/translator so I could understand them myself... And I'd start a restaurant franchise called "I Don't Care". And on the menu, "Whatever" would be the daily special. Then FINALLY! people would have the answer for when they ask "where do you wanna eat?" And someone replies, "I don't care. Whatever."

create my own dream house, buy designer clothing, buy my parents a new house, invest in real estate. ahhhh also go to bunch of concerts!

Well since my family has a bunch of undeveloped land I'd use the money to build a nice lakeside house and move out there with my doggos. Hopefully my ancestors don't mind and I don't have any poltergeist shit happen since I mean some of the land is literally a native american burial ground. :U
