What is important to you in a relationship?

we all have that one thing that is important to us in a relationship so I wonder what is important to you when it comes to a physical and mental relationship?

The one thing that would be important to me for a good physical and mental relationship is to have a girlfriend who is into the same stuff as you, and that they are still loyal to you despite your faults.

Being imperfect. If it was perfect, it wouldn't be real... If your not fighting at least two times a month... It's not real. Every relationship has its ups and downs. If you don't... Go you separate ways. It will only hurt in the end. Better to get it over with now and spare yourself and your partner too much pain.

For me, it appears to be harmony. I've noticed that I'm at my happiest in a relationship when we're getting along, and mutually contributing to each other's well being. If both parties are getting what they want at a low cost, there isn't really a need for anything else.
