features to improve MO

In the first place, the forum needs some more standard functions as other sites, like pinned threads, quoting, knowing who are the mods, maybe allowing signatures for fun...or things like that. It definitely needs some improvement in design too, but I have zero design sense so I can't give real suggestions.

Quote function is needed, but it looks like it would require a complete redo of the forum system/format cuz quoting typically works by the forum linking to the ID# of the post you're quoting. And the posts on this forum don't have any kind of reference number or ID# for a quote system to work... or at least it doesn't look like it does..
