PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT When I was preparing to make Yu-Gi-Oh Oricas yesterday, I found a website(probably is a program somewhere out there) for upscaling images with NO LOSS(that means it doesn't pixelate or blur or distort or add noise gain), and one that is tailored specifically for upscaling manga art/anime art. I didn't learn everything about them yet but here is the one that is good for photos too (apparently) http://waifu2x.udp.jp/ it's in JP but just use Chrome or whatever browser you have's built-in translation.
