She's cute. ^^
For a basic critique, the skirt seems a bit stiff and the angle off it is a bit unusual. It helps to think of the skirt as less of something that just sprouts from the cardigan and more as something that has its own space and weight.
Also, while I see professionals make the same mistake, there's something about how the cardigan forms around the chest that seems to look a little too unrealistically tight. And finally, the shading seems a bit soft. I suffer from doing this too often myself, but the range of colors and shades are too uniform, giving it a feeling of flatness that betrays how well you've drawn her in physical space (the actual pose is good and her feet feel planted on an actual 3D field).
I like the flow and how the strands of her hair feel natural, and of course, it's a really cute design, so keep going~ ^^

Wow, you're really good. I especially love all the detailing in her shirt. Fabric is something I've always struggled with >.<

Thanks for the criticism, Juno! I'll try my best. ;w; Colors is something I've always struggled with, aaa. I hate coloring images, so they usually never leave the sketch phase.

Hah, I was kinda exactly the opposite. I always preferred coloring over sketching. Sadly, I usually don't finish stuff fast enough for me to get bored of working on it and just kinda drop it XD

You have no idea how much I get it. I'm colorblind! I used to just color-drop from reference pictures because when I tried from scratch, skin tones would turn green or my grays would look extremely dull. I studied some color theory later in college and I've gotten better, but it'll always be a hurdle.
Still, practice makes perfect! If you keep it up, the payoff is great~
