I'm having the same problem as OP and quite a few people in this thread. *Shakes fist*. I still can't figure it out even with all the suggestions.

Oh, it worked. Maybe there was a problem with the first picture (size, either width length and file wise) or something of the sorts. Also I have to agree with @CAC and @ouo about your photo @Gridman #Makiisbestgirl.
