Help with Sword art Online Hollow Realization

Does anyone know how to get past the blue shield in the Labyrinth of the Abyss? (I've beaten all trials and collected from the chests afterward.) When I went up to it, it said something about "bearing the mark".

I finally did it! One of the items I needed got sent to my storage, so when I changed my equipment as a possible solution, I couldn't get past it because I was missing that item. I equipped it, (along with my other items) and the seal was destroyed. Yay!
