That said, it has been illegal in the united states for over forty years to pay someone less for being a woman. It's in the constitution. Pay is usually decided by work ethic, credentials, and confidence to ask for a raise. Which the last and the former guys do more over time and ask for raises more. It's not sexist. Just normal crap. @Leo that is also very true. It just matters on what perspective you look at it from. Like a kaleidoscope. You have all these unique shapes if you look at it from only one angle, but if you change your viewing of it brand new shapes are revealed that you never saw in it before.

I might add that there never is only one truth for any topic. Not just for women inequality. @Muffin Yeah! Men are abused too by women, and others look at it as the man being too wimpy so he deserves it. Women can be just as cruel or even more cruel than men.

That's the problem actually, Society is trying to act like we are all completely the same,(Which includes equal outcome which in itself is bs) We aren't is the thing. Which is a great thing! I'd die on the inside if girls were like guys. Thing is, just treat each other equally, and that's that.
