It's outside in the daytime. That much is observable fact (unless we go crazy and call this all a very well done indoor set). However there is more to it than that. We can determine that it's probably not cold, but also not too hot. The leaves have browned and fallen off the tree, indicating that it's autumn. We also know that it's probably the beginning of autumn versus the end of autumn. There's one big thing I didn't mention yet, and that's the shadow. We can't see what is creating the shadow, but we have a pretty clear idea of what is creating that shadow. It probably is a man, though it could be a woman. They have short hair and are wearing loose clothing, as well as a short sleeve shirt. They were standing, and their head was angled down to look at the preview of their digital camera (probably a smartphone) of the picture they were going to take of their own shadow. The camera was not close to their face, and their arms were positioned to stabilize the camera with the help of their own body. From the observable details within the picture, we have a much larger observable view of the world. There were details not included in the picture that we could determine as truth. But through what you can't observe, you can observe. You see that something is there, because it's not like the rest of the picture, and it's in the shape of a person. And so, it's probably a person. You believe it's a person. There's no reason not to believe that it's a person. And the same manner of thinking is how we've come to understand that the big bang theory and evolution theory are true. We didn't directly see the big bang, be we see all the things around it, to where it could only have been a big bang. We've seen all the things around life so that the only possible explanation could be evolution.
