Only website I can think of that has gif avatars is overclock.net. I know there are more out there that I've seen, but its not common at all. Not really a big deal either, its just a gif.

Alright so if I go to a persons profile then click a name from a post on their wall and then try to go back the profile still lingers but the posts are correct.

Another unintended thing I discovered if I go to a persons profile via a forum post and try to return to the forum the url in the top changes but it doesn't load by itself

I've noticed that if you post an image and then make a comment afterwards, it tends to repost that last image, same thing if you try to upload subsequent images, it will post the first, then the 2nd picture posts the first and the 2nd, and so on and so on. The only thing that breaks the chain is a refresh or page change. Its as though the website is caching the pictures you upload each time until the website refreshes or changes pages.
