Rewrite of chat messaging.

I re-wrote the chat messaging so that the code is cleaner and faster. This may resolve some of the errors and bugs people have encountered. If you have any more errors let me know.

I hope you don't mind me asking on here, seph, but Thursday there was an error message saying this site couldn't find it's gateway so it couldn't connect to the Internet. After it had found it's gateway later that day I couldn't post on walls or forums due to the letters in the security box being invisible. I was wondering what caused that? It only started working for me today.

Seeing people not on my friends list on the right side chat list, giving me the option to message them. Blue circle next to their name ~

Seems like it's supposed to be a public chat feature. If you click the "friends only" part above your friends list, a pop up box will open where you can select "public". It doesn't seem to save it though.

So it's kind a like the who is active fb feature? Nice. We can totally see who we can pester now. *scrolls through list* i guess the glitch had different lengths with each user then?
