Bro i cannot stand people sometimes. Some people are just not fit to lead bro. Homie had me comenin at 6:45 deal with 800 old dudes tryjng to get a covid shot and tell me "hey ik you dont have any work to do, but can you stay until 7 pm and do nothing?" All this after my supervisor tells me i can go home early. This is probably one of the things i hate the most, incompetent nonsense.

Honestly it wouldnt even be that bad if i could listen to music or something. Thats what i used to do on deployment running those 16 hour shifts escorting convoys. Only way to i used to stay sane out there tbh. I was even planning to go work out today, this honestly messed up my schedule man. I have a love hate relationship with this job man. I love the benefits and getting to do something for my country but hate the dummies throwing rank around. I cant wait until this dude PCS outta here.

I honestly wanna stick it out for the full 20 @criselington mainly for benefits and to make sure the next generation knows how to ACTUALLY lead people and not be a scumbag just because. Its sad cuz alot of good people leave the service because of the bad people. So in the end you are stuck with the bad people and people who are ok with kissing up in order to get what they want. Just off my last deployment alone about 5 dudes told me they were getting out and part of that was because we had i kid you not the worst senior NCO i have seen in my entire career. Dude didnt care about anyone but himself, infact he purposely did stuff to make people suffer.

@verucassault but unlike most jobs i cant quit if i dont like my boss and if they make me stay 12 hours+ i dont get paid overtime. Alot of jobs do have crappy bosses but you wont get in any legal trouble if you dont listen to them
