True but if you add every country's vpn number except Enki's then you can simply only have to ban twice and not an infinite number of times.

The only way i can see the site improving without any complicated measures was requiring people to pay for a new acount each time they make one. At that point if a troll gets banned several times a day it adds up.

This website isn't banned here so I can get access to it without a VPN but at times I cannot see pictures and videos from certain websites like YouTube...
