that is no help ;-;! but i am lazy... *googles bread machines* i feel like my oven doesnt cook it properly either, but it might be because the dough is so dense it just *wont* bake anymore never had a problem with cakes though *thank the heavens for ovens with proofing settings for those cold days when bread will not proof otherwise*

How long do you proof your dough for? That's definitely a big part of the "fluffy factor".

My mother uses a bread machine, they work good if you do it right.

Days ago, I asked two people if they knew bread machine!They didn't know bread machine! I believe a bread machine is an Asian thing! Bread machines can make not only bread but also many other stuff like yogurt! A bread machine may make some people enjoy the art of life...I have a Japanese recipe for bread machines

At times the bread will taste terrible even when somebody uses a bread machine...My Japanese friend uses a toaster and ...i forget...to make bread.... i have an oven now..perhaps i will try to make cakes, bread and candies...

Enki Bread machines for making yogurt? I think we're talking about two different things. Though, I suppose you could...sort of...I still dont understand how that'd work. That would be like making yogurt with a mixer and your oven. I'm legitimately curious as to how that might work or what kind of bread machine you're talking about. As for them being an Asian thing, they're literally everywhere. Again, unless its something else you're talking about.

....This is our ＜the common one we use in Asian kitchens＞bread machine...Making bread is its major function..it has other functions like making Baozi/ Yogurt..
