Seriously though I think everyone can agree that Tim Kaine is a nut job, just based on the presidential election.
Sounds like Mark R Warner voted against the repeal. He wanted to push it back as much as possible, because of the interest in it he gained through being the co-founder of a wireless mobile company. Under the Restoring Internet Freedom Order, mobile data providers will fall under the same rules as regular broadband internet providers, which you might want to consider as a hint that mobile data providers have enjoyed some pretty loose regulations until now, and they fear the stricter regulation that standard Internet rules will apply.
He referenced bots leaving comments to the FCC about net neutrality. The FCC was legally required by law to collect comments from the public about it, so they set up the ability for regular people to comment. Of course fake comments were going to fill it up, it's only natural, and you should expect the co-founder of a mobile data provider to understand that, which speaks to me as if the cuckery you're getting from Mark Warner is his bold faced misdirection. No one ever relied on these comments to decide anything. It'd be obvious at a glance that they couldn't be relied on no matter which side you were on.

I think we all feel this way when discussing political issues no matter which side of it you're on.
And a special one for the topic:

It's wrong to speak as if you know what Net Neutrality entails when the extent of your knowledge is what social media pushed to you.
Either shut it, or go do the required reading on the issue. You should be absolutely ashamed of the disinformation you're helping to spread.
