It also sounds quite similar to the Sesame Street opening theme. The song at 3:53 is from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yakusoku for Sony PSP. It sounds quite similar to the opening theme "Good Morning" from the Sunsoft Famicom game Gimmick!.
