Two biggest turn offs for me are:
I will laugh at the darkest of jokes. So easily offended peeps are a turn off.
Overly emotional creatures. Unable to center themselves and think critically.
On the other side of the coin:
Peeps that can laugh at pretty much anything. Humor is a light in the darkest of times.
Rational, smart, calculating beings. When needed, are able to set aside their petty emotions. Show me some advanced abstract theoretical structure that I have no clue about. Now, that is hot to me.

Girls who aren't direct and straightforward about what they want are a turn-off for me. There's no point in dragging things on and on with boring discussions of random subjects. I'm a very literal person and I don't pick up cues and clues and implications and symbolisms and s**t. If you want something from me, just SAY it and stop wasting both your time and mine.
TL/DR: State what you want. I'm not a f***ing mind-reader.

Yeah, it's annoying. As both a demisexual and an introvert, superfluous conversation does wear me out. But here's something to consider. Psychopaths also have a short patience with that sort of thing. So just look at it as evolutionary psychology. They're trying to test the waters, figure out where your comfort zone and theirs match up, and subconsciously screening for psychological red flags. And if it persists longer than just the opening flirtatious stages of knowing someone, and you're weeks into the relationship, and they're still doing it? Probably they lack confidence in themselves, or assertion in their desires. But everyone has a preference. So you aren't wrong to want women who know what they want and how to be assertive or direct with what they want.

People without vices; They are boring, pretentious, and just dont seem real. I talk to these people and they are bothered by things that don't matter and are unusually happy despite those things.
