I don't know prices down there sadly, but looking through that site, those prices are a complete joke.

Here is what I mean about the prices on that site you were looking at. I don't know what price this comes up as for you, but it comes up as 1200 for me and the one you linked comes up at 1000.

the Rx580 in that one is actually more than the difference in price alone, and that isn't considering the better processor.
Either way, building it yourself would be cheaper than both routes.
