Girls only like jerks (stop using this excuse, grow a pair and read on)

From experience, I prefer the confident types. Not the assholes or the "thinks they are a gift from god" types, but the guys who know what they want, go for what they want and are not self deprecating. I've had promising dates go down hill when a guy starts being down on himself or clams up when I try to keep a conversation going. Confidence is a very attractive quality to have.

My man! I also hate those kinds of guys too. So many many of these "nice guys" are actually just douchebags but in a different way than usual. The irony is that while these guys complain about how girls will only go for the more attractive guys, they only seem to go for girls that they think are hot and won't even consider girls who they don't think are very attractive. Not only that, but so many of these guys don't have anything that girls would like. They're usually out of shape, have gross facial hair, smell bad, hardly leave their house, little to no confidence, or have an overall bad personality. They seem to think that by treating a girl nicely, it means that she owes them a date or even sex. I'm not the best looking guy around either, but I've gotten a few girls to go out with me. How? People who use the excuse are really sad little people who want everything laid out to them on a silver platter rather than work towards their goal themselves. But in terms of attracting women, it really is much more complex than just being good, looking good and having confidence. Every woman is unique in their own way with their own traits, interests, passions, insecurities, fears and just about everything - hell I wouldn't be surprised if there's so much more going on in a girl's head than there is in a guy's and that's probably why we a lot of us are happy with a girl who looks pretty and is generally a nice girl - that's enough for most guys including myself. In terms of dating or straight up romance, guys and girls will have drastically different results depending on the girl they want to impress because they are all so drastically different all the way down to finest detail of how they see themselves and others. I guess the point I'm trying to make that even when you're being the best suitor you can possibly be, you can never expect that you'll succeed and that's totally okay y'know?
