Making a Master Chief Helmet

Sanded down the right side, patching a couple of dents before sanding again then spray painting to see how it looks. Put bondo on the underside of the visor, this should be a really easy part since it's flat and I can use the power sander to sand it.

Sanded down the top of the visor cover and realized it was going to be a pain in the butt to sand it flat because the visor was still in the way. So I went ahead and cut it out. Once it was cut I found a couple of weak spots on the visor cover, so I'm doing another layer of fiberglass cloth and resin to strengthen it. Off work tomorrow so I'll be up late tonight working on this :)

Update: so yesterday I had a friend come over and spend the night so I didn't work on the helmet after that. And then today I helped her mom move some stuff out of a storage unit into a truck and then from the truck to their house. Then I went on a girls day out with my mom, sister, and same friend. So I didn't touch the helmet today... Hoping to work on it tomorrow after work, but it depends on if my friend comes over again because I finally convinced her to watch Assassination Classroom and I want to watch the whole series with her.
