One of the hitmen in the movie is an Edgar Allan Poe themed killer who uses throwing dart ink pens with raven feathers adorned on them. He writes poems about his various targets and how the assassination made him feel. Takes an interesting twist throughout the film too. I thought Raven would be a throw away character, however he becomes central to the plot, haha! His costume and kill style is given the full John Wick treatment too. @verucassault @arc

I watched the new Captain America movie and thought it was rather entertaining. People online tore it a new one, however I don't think the acting was terrible. I liked how much focus was placed on character interactions rather than only combat spectacle. There were plenty of twists that kept me guessing on which way the plot was going. I would be fine with seeing these characters continue the story. I'm well aware the characters aren't the same as the comics and yet I genuinely don't mind so long as I'm emotionally invested in whatever is taking place to which I was.

The main complaint I've heard isn't that it's bad but that it's also not good it's just mid that it's like a less cooler Captain America and the winter soldier movie since it's similar but not as good

Although that's just what I've heard since I wasn't really interested in watching it

It isn't the winter soldier though his character makes a brief appearance. It's more of a sci-fi mystery. Sam Wilson is more interesting with how he handles his fights compared to Steve Rogers. More thinking and detective work involved rather than relying on super powers to solve everything. So I didn't find it mid nor was it a beat for beat telling of older Captain America films. It did have its own story to tell apart from the legacy films it has to follow up from. In a way I felt like the character of Sam had more in common with the detective side of Batman from DC with his own Robin sidekick. I say this movie is worth the watch. Most complaints are less directed at the actual film and about the other Disney Marvel projects surrounding it. More like the film is guilty by association of other parts of the industry. Personally I liked the characters in this movie and didn't feel anything was terrible enough to want to walk out.

Yo I'm done! Disney theme parks now have literal gang factions! https://youtu.be/90e3_B-HW9M?si=HT9C6CdT3rTlbzU4 That's wild. Mickey Mouse Club took on a whole new meaning. Guess that makes Minnie Mouse an official hood rat. https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/Jj8AAOSwlQddSkqX/s-l1200.jpg
