I have yet to know the secret of making friends since the last three months haven't been so good to me. I'm new and don't really know how. help.

Welcome to the forums, the best way to make friends is to stick around! Get posting on the forums and you will find people to talk with! If you looking to make offline friends, join some clubs/ visit some cons etc.
