Axienty need improving

first thing to do is remember to breath in 1 2 3 4 out 4 3 2 1 try and remember you cant control everything, and that things will simply happen and to always keep in your head that you do have an anxiety issue, and that it might be all in your head try and keep your head above the cloudy thoughts of worry, and try and rationalize and address you do have a problem i find that yoga or simple meditation can help with anxious thoughts, something that clears your head and lets you focus on one thing, breathing. if your worried about her not talking to you then try and casually ask her if shes busy lately or what reason it is that she cant talk as much communication is extremely important in any relationship, so if you have a problem you should voice it, aslong as it is in a calm and mature manner i wish you the best of luck :3!!!
