Hello, just joined the site. Wanted to ask if anyone knows of some event or group of people into anime/manga, etc that meet up on a consistent basis.

Hi! I found searching on Facebook for events and groups in Maryland helps. Try posting in Convention groups on Facebook, like Otakon group or Katsucon group. I don't live near Rockville, so that's the only thing I can suggest. :)
