Tor Browser VPN issues

Sometimes when I connect to these forums via Tor Browser (to get through my work vpn) i get this error. The IP address you are using has been associated with a significant amount of spam across the internet. To prevent spammers from bla bla bla your IP address is banned. Anyone who uses Tor browser over VPN know how to get around this?
