Basic personality, as in no individuality. There's just something annoying about bandwagoners who just copy each other like the dog snap chat filter or the dad hats, there's nothing wrong with that but they all look the same, as if someone is just copy & pasting them.
A little bit of self-identity goes a long way in my books, but that's just me.

Loose people.
Like people who send Lewd photo's of themselves to people they barely know or people that tend to sleep around.
It always bugged me I don't know why it just seems Icky. >.<
