Conspiray Theories Tread/Threat

I wouldn't say it would be a conspiracy by definition, but I do think there are a number of things out there that could have destroyed the nation or the world that we have never been aware of and the government has hidden. More of a way to protect us from panicking rather than the conspiracies that the government is planning something notorious. Edit: In the same sense, I do believe that there are cures to sicknesses out there, but they have been hidden for various reasons, either for way too high production costs, limited availability of ingredients/ethical obtainment of it, conspiracy to profit off of treatment (I know this is a popular conspiracy theory), or the lack of a way to transport/administer the treatment. I moreso think many, many of the hidden cures are due to the extreme side effects of the treatment.

almost everyone talks about the Florida tap water. supposedly there's some chemical in it that makes us less probable to question authority. if you drink too it enough it slowly grows this crust over a part of your brain or something. pretty trippy
