Not liked because I'm disabled

I was born with a disability, erb's palsy and basically can't use my left hand/arm for my whole life. Because of this, I've been subjected to being bullied and made fun of up to this day. My first girlfriend cheated on me and left me because I couldn't do 2 handed people things and i became dull to her after a month. My longest relationship was 1 year, and that girl also cheated on me and toyed with me for 2 years after she broke up with me because I was in love with her. Should I just give up and accept my fate? I'm damaged good and jaded so I'm pretty used to it at this point (4 years single since then) I'm afraid to talk to girls in fear of becoming attached only to be tossed away like a plaything again.

djwash. I'm actually very similar to you. I can't use my left arm and my left leg is a bit stiff due to cerebral palsy since birth. I practically do everything with my right hand. I can relate to a lot of what you're feeling too. I was bullied through middle school and high school and have had a hard lime finding dates. I'm sorry you have had to go through stuff like that. It's tough. It really is. I hope you find friends here and maybe someone who can support you emotionally. A support group is always a good thing. This is me with a friend. My left arm is like yours. Yo, don't be too hard on yourself. I have a friend who's nearly unable to even move any limbs and have a short life span. Two or three years from now, he may not have the ability to use a computer. He felt the same as you. He accepted what's going to happen but still try to enjoy as much he can. It can be lonesome but also make friends too while you're here. Think of yourself like a ship; let all of that negativity go in, you're going to sink. Keep em out, you're going to keep sailing.

Just remember, man. The ones who bully people like us and others are actually insecure about their own faults. They may actually be jealous of something you can do and will try to put you down because they can't do what you do.

Also in addition to what my dude above said: People will always find a reason to not like you (whether its "fair" or not) even if you did have both of your arms fully functional - I'm sure your shitty first love would have left you sooner or later anyway.
