Sounds like too much work. I'll just sleep normally. Plus, I don't dream that often. When I sleep, I'm out. Like, a gunshot won't wake me up. I'm a very heavy sleeper XD.

@cero Actually, I had sleep paralysis before, but because I practice psionics, when I started to sense something, I snapped awake, only to realize I couldn't move. So I fought against it. I slowly turned my head, flaring up my aura, all like "Jokes on you, mother fucker, I don't need to move my body to be able to defend myself in this state!" But by the time I got my head facing the direction, I was neither able to see or sense anything, so since then, I've been rather skeptical if sleep paralysis has anything to do with the paranormal.
