i confess thats relatable, but 8 hours isnt that long, so dont worry too much about it i know its tempting to sit there and just hate who you are or how you got to where you are, but that wont accomplish anything, and its only going to make your situation worse to just sit still always try and keep walking, keep moving, and advancing in your life even the little things help, like clearing and cleaning off your desk
