I believe this is a bug in the chat box (on PC from what I know) where even if you remove the person and they still have a chat box open on their side, they can still talk to you. I don't know if this is still the same problem, or an entirely different one. Nonetheless Elly, you should report this guy to a Mod since he is harassing/stalking you.

What about use API of site like Myanimelist to retrieve correct name for series (currently there are duplicate) and ratings?

This happens to me from time to time too. I believe this issue is somewhere in the session data. Refreshing the page doesn't normally fix it. But rebooting your browser does.
