Can you post a screenshot? For me there is no scrollbar on the friends list, only the big scrollbar for the whole page. You can also press F12, so the console shows up, then right click the refresh button (at the top of page) and do a cache clear and reload.

I believe that should have been fixed already. Try a hard refresh
