A lot of harem anime has good comedy. Anime like Campione, Highschool DxD, Asu no Yoichi.
Their humor tends to be of perverted variety but that's a trait of anime in general.

Kaichu Wa Maid Sama, Toradora, Nisekoi, My Little Monster, Oregairu, Nijiiro Days, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Ore Monogatari!! (My love story), Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-Kun ( My favorite), Lovely Complex, The World God Only Knows, Fruits Basket and Ao Haru Ride.
Loved all of these so much!
