Unjustified Banning?

No. There is a requirement one must meet. It is much, much lower than the heart under the avatar (though, I do wish it was the same since the trusted user point is, well... laughable and some people who deserve temp-bans are sometimes a good amount higher than it.) and even then, it isn't a perma-ban. When a mod temp-bans (3 days) a "non-trusted" user, a report gets sent to Seph who reviews it and can permaban, leave it as it, or lift it. Obviously, if a mod went on a ban-spree, Seph would have it all logged and the mod-ship would be revoked. For the record, the <3 under that avatar is for 5k hearts+.

This site has a long history of conflict with certain users being too obnoxious or too confrontational with the majority of MO. I don't know if anything has been going on as of lately cause I been gone for 2 months but last I was here it was quiet. Sephiroth in my opinion does though do a good job making the most dangerous users banned when it's brought to his attention but some of my MO friends I think have been banned for what seems no good reasons which I don't understand sometimes. I been off and on for some years now, every once in awhile changing my username but I've seen a lot of questionable conversations going on in some threads. Some jokes in my opinion as funny as they might be aren't appropriate for the underage members. If MO was 18 and over then yes it would be acceptable. I mean I'm no saint. I do like to joke about that stuff too but like everyone else they do so with friends that can handle the joke and it's just teasing, but all I'm saying is that there are onlookers to those chats. Some users are only 15 and 16 years old and they are looking at some mature content. I don't think users should be banned for saying some adult things cause there's always been those jokes around here but I think it should just be toned down a bit but that's just what I think. It's okay if no one else agrees...

My friend just got banned for ridiculous reason as well. It started from the western cosplayer thread, and they might have blamed the wrong person for creating it. But it is indeed misleading when OP delete their post, and what's wrong about getting heated by whomever that started such racist comment?

I haven't fucked up though. And that's not a subjective perspective. I literally didn't do anything I didn't do before and before I never had these issues.
