I just got my license suspended for a 2nd time. If ur gonna drink n drive, drink n drive safe. I'm fighting it coz I wasn't even driving. I put my car in reverse, backed up like 5 ft, then parked it back in the parking space. I was outside the car when Popo came. I had my keys in my pocket when they arrested me. I'll let u kno the end of November, that's my court date

o.O you really shouldn't have gotten arrested for that. do you know if they saw you get in your car drunk and back it up and re-park it because thats the only way i can think of for them to arrest you for that because from what you explained when you got arrested it looked like you were just running out to your car for something and as a cop thats what i would have thought instead of oh hey hes going to drink and drive.

Bouncers saw me. I put it back in park coz they were in the way. Wasn't gonna run em over, should've tho. Lol. Cops were dicks. They took my weed. My buddy grows(legally) he was chopping plants before we left. I was like yo this bud at the tip of this branch looks so pretty, let me get it. He was like snip. It was like a half 8th bud. I had it in my car door. The next day when I got my car out of impound, it was mysteriously gone. I was more pissed about that than getting arrested.

Man that sucks balls I would be pissed too. yeah lol you should've run them over. when aren't cops dicks? the amount of times ive goten pulled over for going anywhere from 2 to 5 mph over the speed limit is retarded and something really should be done so the cops aren't dicks and its cause they think they can do what they want and say that theyre within the law all the time it really pisses me off.

The only time I remember a cop being lenient was when I got pulled over for an expired sticker. Instead of giving me a ticket he followed me to a garage n made sure I got a sticker. Lost faith in them a week after I got pulled over coz the sticker I got was a red R. He said I shouldn't even be driving. That dickhead gave me a ticket which made it 4 surcharge able events in 2years. So I had to take a drivers retraining course. 1 cop being nice doesn't make up for 99 of me being doushy

That's the sad truth. What they should do is come up with some sort of program that you can take to remove points from your license and insurance so this kind of thing can be controlled and we don't get screwed. Or do something do we aren't screwed cause as it is right now no matter what we get screwed in1 way or another from tickets or insurance companies

Yea that points on ur license is complete bs. It takes forever to lower em but easy as hell to gain em. I have progressive for insurance. When this whole situation is done, my premium will definitely go up. Insurance companies scam u hard. Even tho I lost my license, my car is still insured. Once u cancel the insurance, the next time u get it u have to pay the whole premium upfront. I'll cancel once I know for sure it's gonna get suspended for 2yrs
