Anyone here actually interested in a relationship?

densetsu_no_baka
Oooh, cool. Best of luck Lamby! @Otakaiser I'm 30 and I've never had a girlfriend, so don't feel too bad. As much as I'd like to be in a relationship one day, my situation feels about as hopeless as it gets

@densetsu Eh, I've had a bunch of shitty girlfriends so I'm kinda at the point where I'm a little too on guard I guess? I want something real and genuine but at the same time I know what people are capable of and the whole dating, meeting new people, falling in and out of love thing just takes too much time and energy for me. Time that frankly I would rather keep to myself since I never know how things are gonna work out. I made the mistake of letting that guard down a bit recently and nothing came of it and I ended up feeling like a huge idiot. So yeah, nothing but sour grapes to me at this point. xD

Still holding out hope. So yes, I'm very much so for someone in particular. Just have to find a day to meet first, and see where it takes us.

Yep still completely open to a relationship.

@Otakaiser That sucks, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you meet someone good one day!

A friendship, yes absolutely An actual relationship, I would have to see, patience is really the thing for me. If I do find someone.....well, just see it where it goes from there.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind getting back into a relationship. I recently became single after a ten year relationship (we started dating in middle school and stayed together ever since). Once she moved in with me last year, that's when things went downhill. Without getting into details, we came to an understanding that we could not live together. It was possibly one of the best ways to end a relationship (no cheating, no fighting, just a mutual understanding), but it still sucks being alone for the first time in over a decade. After some time, that's when I started looking and I came across this website. Since its a new year, there will (hopefully) be plenty of opportunities, and I'm excited to see where the year leads me.
