Depends on what I'm doing. I like a mix of my favorite genres mostly, but sometimes I have to split them due to my state of how I feel, like if my head hurts I have a "calm" playlist that is smooth, classical, and really flowing vocals. Other times I have Vocaloid kicks (a lot) and put on that playlist or good fandubs. When I'm cleaning, or something comparable, I like upbeat songs that I can sorta dance to (like this from Haiyore! Nyaruko-san: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IntEsiP3vXQ ).

Anything fast paced. Just not metal Q~Q I don't like being yelled at.
