Friends with benefits?

I have a few FWBs. Nothing wrong with it as long as both parties are clear and agree on what they want out of the relationship. The thing is people have needs and it's the individuals responsibility to see they are met, no one can do it for you. I am a busy professional, borderline workaholic mostly due to boredom, and have no desire to start a family so that limits my dating pool as I do not lie about not wanting kids making marriage a useless utility. My FWBs are of the same sentiment. I prefer committed relationships but where I live in liberal land monogamy is becoming considered a mental illness or oppression of women(lol @ feminazis). No sane man should get married in the western world now due to the one-sided laws these days IMHO.
FWBs take work like any other relationship. Intimacy and the eventual buildup of bonding hormones often complicate it unless both parties want to go exclusive and evolve the relationship or can balance it out and not get too attached. It gets complex when one party starts getting more attached than the other and is the common killer of such relations. You also have to communicate more and be more vigilant to protect yourself from STDs if you both are sleeping with multiple partners. Condoms do not stop everything so you have to keep getting checkups and tested regularly to make sure you are not in danger or have the potential to endanger a partner if you are wise. FWBs can be tougher than committed relationships in some ways. Everyone deals with it a little differently.

I know the point but why do it ? ...
Is it because you're a sex addict ? Deprived ? Desperate ? Lonely etc... ?

No, because you enjoy sex and so does the other person...

No "strings attached" is the point. You can have trusted sex with someone you know and not have to deal with the emotional baggage that is a romantic relationship.

"Friends with Benefits"? Oh come. That has to be a myth. That sort of thing couldn't possibly exist outside of movies and stuff like that...could it? No way. Can't be possible...can it?
