I'm not sure of an anime character who has this, aside from the two characters in TGWLTT, but time travel would literally be the ultimate ability. Slow, stop, reverse, speed up, etc. Theres almost nothing that couldn't be done with that.

Not sure if it's a 'power', but being able to throw cars and break flick-blades with my teeth like Shizuo Heiwajima appeals to me very much.

I would choose Superior water control abilities, depending on pressure level, water can cut steel, stop bullets, and bring life to deserts, the power of life and death rolled into one. ANY time manipultaion or teleportation ability would take all the fun out of every comming challenge. the easy life is the boring life...

I'd love to have (Bleach) Shinigami abilities. If not that, then I know this isn't anime, but I'd love to have Mysterio's (Spiderman) powers of illusion!
