I guess I eat everything except for pork, not because of religious reasons (I'm not religious at all), but because of health reasons, pork isn't very healthy, yuno what I mean?

I'm mostly vegetarian. Mainly because it's the diet plan to get the two abs near the groin. No luck so far though. But I do eat meat that isn't pork, same as LetterB.

I kind of want to go into a rant about bushmeat hunting and how it's destroying our environment, butttttttt this is not the right thread

bacon is very healthy, its the most healthier thing there is :^)
You don't need to be vegetarian to get any part of your abs, just work on your core everyday and drop body fat percentage by cutting.
Preferring vegetarianism is another thing, I just could never. Respectable if you are, to each their own.

I know but most meats, especially red, contains too much fat and oils. I eat it for sure, but unlike the 4 pack, getting the last two is rather difficult. I can't just keep doing cardio and some ab workouts for the last two :(

Bacon is never healthy and will never be, probably a troll statement, but still.
''You don't need to be vegetarian to get any part of your abs'' Nope, you don't need it, but it'd be still healthier if you did AND better for the planet AND better for the animals.
For anyone who was ''playing'' spot the vegetarian/vegan, you have spot me ;P

I try to buy mostly organic. I focus on buying from brands that are sustainable to the environment.
Here's the deal. I love me some meat. I only like pasta and fatty sauces over meat. But ideally I'd like to cut down my meat intake to about 25% of the food I take in. Human's are eating meat at a rate never before seen in history. The more you eat meat, the more problems you are gonna have later on in life. It ages you prematurely.
Has anybody seen the documentary on the state of the meat market in the US? We have ever expanding lakes of shit and piss from farm animals because we don't know what to do with it. Mass meat farms destroy all the land around it. Even people who work in the meat industry say the demand for meat is growing so high that the bubble will eventually burst. Meat is the new cocaine in the U.S. Can't get enough of it.

I also don't believe that humans were made to eat meat. If we ingest raw meat, we can suffer illnesses that can be extremely fatal, so we have to cook our meat. Our teeth are not very sharp compared to that of large felines and canines. For our size, we are physically weak and physically slow, basically the worst attributes to have in terms of hunting (we also don't have venom/poison).
But, since we climbed to the apex predator spot, you should be able to eat what you feel like.
Also, insects are supposed to be really healthy, but I can't bring myself to eat that.
