Glasses and or a sense of humor. As for aesthetics, I can honestly say short hair does it for me.

Aesthetics wise a nice cute / coy smile goes a long way. A sense of humor and good back and fourth banter is the biggest turn on for me however.

Brains, but not in a smart ass kind of way. Someone who is really smart, knows that they are, but doesnt flaunt it or belittle others for not being as intelligent. That pretty much goes with my next one, humility. Humility is super attractive to me, especially when the person is extremely capable. Other than that, just being nice and affectionate, not easily offended and being low maintenance is nice. Other than that i really like dark hair and blue eyes haha
