Just in case I'm going to go ahead and say what my immediate thought was since it looks like you were only kidding about the first part of this comment. It's implying the guy is dirty just by his skin color. His face and clothes are dirty from painting when he goes into the washer... implying the product she used works so well it cleaned the guys skin color. It's funny but it's racist.
