Little concerned my Tums medicine isn't working like it usually does. Tonight my chest is burning rather fiercely. I didn't even eat that much before bed. Rough night for me I suppose.

Not necessarily, but keep an eye on that heart burn. It can be a prelude to a heart attack... An ex's dad had just that(Later died from complications from said heart attack.). I say this as I'm making egg, ham and cheese sandwiches fried in butter.lol

Hopefully not seeing as I already had two physicals performed this year and the one cardiologist I saw said he didn't notice anything odd with my heart. They even hooked me up to the electrical pulse reader and said I was in normal measurements. Blood pressure was around 130/72. I know 120/70 is the ideal number however the doctor seemed to think anything below 140/90 was healthy. That aside, boy has today been a waste of gas. Made an online purchase only for it to be the wrong item. Went to the physical store to resolve it there, but was told only online customer service could help. Now I'm having to play email tag to have it shipped back and wait who knows how long to have it replaced.

In a few months we'll be saying the year 2000 was 25 years ago

So after all the emails the answer to my online return was what I tried to do originally and wasted gas on being told, "Oh no, you HAVE to return online purchases through the mail. You CAN'T simply exchange it in store." Only now to be told I CAN and I DON'T HAVE to. I also brought up how nonsensical it was that the return policy for online was that the costumer couldn't get a refund on delivery charges and was expected to pay the return shipping on top for added insult! Not only did I get a full return on my shipping cost which was $30, but I also get to simply drop off the return in store while they foot the bill sending me the correct item this time. Plus I got to keep the $8 discount as a bonus!

Christ is glory! Today was successful in spite of my challenges because of His Father's ability to see what I could not and plan around it for my benefit. Thank you Father and Son for these blessings, amen.

I know they frequently suffer from dry mouth. Usually when they're hooked on something.

I like hope, I think it's very important but optimism is kinda dangerous, you persuade yourself into thinking it will work out and go well. I think being humble and just seeing how it ends is better, at least then you're less disappointed.
