So Eddie Munson was inspired by Damian Echols, from the West Memphis Three. Though in reality it was three small boys who were murdered all at the same time, not serial killings. Stranger Things 4 seems to be touching on a lot of creepy things from my childhood. Cold War/KGB brainwashing and devil worshipping madness. It's a great season.
