thats the point if it worked we would go extinct, muting the point of condoms completely but basic knowledge tells you that they dont work 100% of the time and some people want to conceive there for blowing the counter productive idea out of the water when applying basic thought like the rape whistle yes, thats the point if rape whistles worked and rape decreased so would the sale of rape whistles hence the counterproductive speal we were having so i was right

But how do you compare condoms....which work most of the time (otherwise no one would buy them) vs the rape whistle that more than likely wont work? Its meant to stop unplanned pregnancies and diseases and it does that fairly well. the only time it doesnt is when it breaks or isnt used. The rape whistle cannot be compared to this as it has only one purpose and im pretty sure no one WANTS to be raped (otherwise it wouldnt be rape) so idk do with that what you must
