@wolfneko One of my uncles pulled me away from energy drinks and go with healthier alternatives including coffee, tea, kombucha, coconut water with chia seeds and snacking on date fruit and sardines with hot sauces, etc. Using my 20 lb. (9 kg) dumbbell and WonderCore Smart also helps.
