Yeah flare has a point. How are they gonna promote you if they don't even know who or what kind of man you are? It's sadly normal for things in the world to work like that.

You could always bug the shit out of your co until he talks to someone about ranking you up but that's a low chance of working because the co usually already has multiple people bugging them

Bruh i have been outperforming my rank since E-3. I literally have so many additional duties and leadership duties than the regular E-4. I am more than capable of handling promotion. I just cant afford to waste this performance report. Its completely stacked cuz of the deployment stuff so i need them tobget their stuff together cuz i wanna promote. I basically earned it.

They cheated me out of my early E-4 promotion and chose a girl instead of me (who btw already knew she won months before they even announced it, which shows there was def favoritism)

Ayeeeee progress :D 1.04 mile in 8 mins, slowly getting there i wasnt even all that tired either. This might actually work.
