Attempt #2 at trying out performance enhancements. This time i am going to take energy gels which apparently runners use alot to help boost energy. Hopefully i can improve my times with this. The no stimulant energy drink 1 was awful to drink 2. I needed at least an hour prior due to the cramping i get from drinking water before a run. And 3. No change in energy

I was trying to avoid caffeine but at this point its unavoidable. I dont intend to take them regularly. Im gonna try to rely on my own energy while running and improve my times that way. But when it comes test time im gonna use the gels. I dont like performance enhancements like prework out i feel it does more damage to you in the long run. Ofc i dont have any science to prove that xD but i mean any body altering thing could potentially be bad. Steroids for example.
